Vanessa has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate field. Originally from Southern California, she was hugely successful at representing both buyers and sellers around the Los Angeles, Malibu, Calabasas region. Having moved from California to the Lake Norman area over 15 years ago, she truly understands the needs of clients looking to relocate. Vanessa has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. They have all relocated to this area because of its amazing community spirit and beauty. When she is not with clients, you will most likely find her cooking, gardening, or spending time with her two grandsons.
