My name is Michael Spunich, and I am a local Charlotte, NC Broker with Lake Realty. Lake Realty has been matching Buyers with Sellers since 1992. We are truly experienced with the added due diligence of buying and selling homes and lots on the three lakes. I believe that by listening to people’s true concerns, I can produce results that are a win-win situation for all parties involved. I use creativity and energy to find solutions for my clients, when others may only find objections. I pride myself in telling people what they need to hear, and not necessarily what they want to hear when it comes to the sale or purchase of property. This honest, informative approach keeps ugly surprises and miscommunications to a minimum during the buying and selling process.

My hobbies include hiking, camping, fishing, biking, flying, photography, Bonsai, cabinet making, and gardening.
