Melissa Hinojosa

I have 15 years of experience in the real estate and property management field. Our family is originally from Texas, and we’ve lived in New York, Maryland, and California. Our relocation to the Lake Norman area occurred over 10 years ago, and we haven’t looked back since! I received my degree in Paralegal Studies and once I received my NC real estate license, I’ve had great success in helping renters and buyers find a place to call their own right here in the Lake Norman area. It’s important to spend time getting to know my clients, and I’m thrilled to be part of Lake Realty team as a concierge to help navigate the often stressful process of moving to a new property.

My husband and I have 2 children that are both in the local public school of Davidson Elementary. We especially enjoy spending time outdoors in activities such as hiking, swimming, and tubing (in Summer AND Winter activities!) as well as shopping in Birkdale Village and spending time with friends and family on the weekends.
